Maintain proper documentation to drive.
Driving License and Vehicle Requirements
Valid License: You must hold a valid driving license at all times.
Required Permits: Ensure you have all necessary permits as required by relevant authorities.
Valid Insurance: Your vehicle must be covered with valid insurance.
Accurate Information: Be honest about your driving record.
Document Updates: It's your responsibility to update and resubmit your documents when they expire, are revoked, or when requested by Bees.
Examples of Infringements
Driving Without a License: Operating a vehicle without a valid driving license.
False Document: Using a fake or forged document to sign up as a driver.
Invalid Vehicle Requirements: Driving without valid vehicle requirements from the Land Transportation Office (LTO) and Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB).
LTFRB Non-Compliance: Failing to comply with other LTFRB requirements.
False Declaration: Providing false information about your driving record.
Inactivity: Being inactive on the platform for more than 60 days.
Assault, harassment or abuse of any kind will not be tolerated.
Prohibited Behaviors
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on our platform:
Physical Harm: Attempted or actual physical assault, verbal or physical sexual harassment, rape, murder, kidnapping, threats, and intimidation.
Sexual Advancement: Sexual advancement between drivers and users, whether consensual or otherwise.
Personal Questions: Do not ask personal questions or comment on anyone's appearance.
Post-Drop-Off Contact: You are strictly prohibited from contacting our customers after the drop-off for personal reasons.
Dispute Resolution: In case of a dispute, do not take matters into your own hands.
Examples of Infringements
Criminal Acts: Committing any criminal act on the platform, including physical/sexual assault, rape, murder, or kidnapping.
Sexual Advancement: Attempted or actual sexual advancement.
Harassment: Explicit staring, leering, or gestures, all forms of verbal or written (sexual or non-sexual) harassment/threat/intimidation via phone calls, messaging apps, or social media (including asking personal questions or commenting on appearance), and all forms of physical or in-person harassment.
Inappropriate Language: Using vulgar, rude, or inappropriate words in any form.
Post-Booking Contact: Contacting or stalking Bees users after bookings are completed for personal reasons, either online or in person.
Do not commit any crime.
Legal Penalties
You will be subject to legal penalties if you commit any criminal acts, such as theft, robbery, possession of illicit materials or weapons, acts of vandalism, or property damage. We will cooperate with law enforcement agencies to investigate and prosecute offenders.
Examples of Infringements
Criminal Offenses: Committing any criminal offense under the law.
Ongoing Investigation: Being under investigation for a criminal offense by authorities.
Property Damage: Intentionally damaging or vandalizing Grab users' or company property.
Regulatory Non-Compliance: Failing to comply with regulations or instructions required by Bees or the government.
COD Non-Remittance: Failing to remit the amount owed from completed Cash on Delivery (COD) services within the agreed period.
RTS Failure: Failing to return the item to the sender within a given timeframe for Return to Sender (RTS) orders.
Alcohol, drugs and weapons are not tolerated.
Substance and Item Restrictions
Drug and Alcohol Prohibition: Do not consume drugs or alcohol in any form while using the Bees platform.
Prohibited Items: Illegal substances, open containers of alcohol, and weapons are not permitted in your vehicle.
Influence Reporting: If a user or member of the public believes you may be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, they have the right to end the request immediately and alert Bees or the authorities.
Illegal Item Delivery: Do not accept or deliver illegal items or dangerous goods. If you suspect the nature of the contents of your parcel, notify Bees and the authorities immediately.
Examples of Infringements
Weapon Possession: Possession of any weapon, such as guns, pepper spray, batons, or knives.
Drug-Related Offenses: Possession of drugs or any illegal drug-related offenses.
Substance Influence: Being under the influence of drugs or alcohol during a delivery or errand request.
Criminal Activity: Intentional or attempted use of the Bees platform as a proxy for criminal activities, such as drug trafficking, money laundering, or transportation of illegal goods and items.
Prohibited Item Acceptance: Accepting items for delivery that are not allowed by the service without reporting to Bees or authorities, including:
Illegal or suspicious items (e.g., illegal drugs)
Dangerous goods (e.g., weapons)
Items prohibited in the Bees waybill
Any other item prohibited by law
Practicing Good Hygiene During Errands or Deliveries.
Hygiene Tips for Errands and Deliveries
Maintain Distance: Whenever possible, keep a safe distance of at least 6 feet from others.
Avoid Face Touching: Refrain from touching your face with unwashed hands.
Sanitize Frequently: Carry a hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol content and use it frequently.
Wear a Mask: If required by local regulations or if you feel more comfortable, wear a mask.
Handle Items Carefully: When handling items, use gloves or avoid direct contact.
Contactless Payments: Opt for contactless payments like cards or mobile apps whenever possible.
