Consumer code of conduct
To Drive Forward, we need everyone in our community to work together towards a Safer every day. By using Bees as a consumer, you are bound by the following Code of Conduct, in addition to our Terms of Service and the local laws where you use Bees. If you’re found to be in breach of the following guidelines, Bees may take action including temporarily or permanently suspending your account.

Prohibited Behaviors
Assault, Harassment, and Abuse: Any form of assault, harassment, or abuse will not be tolerated.
Violent Crimes: Physical abuse, verbal harassment, sexual assault, rape, murder, kidnapping, threats, and intimidation are prohibited by law.
Post-Trip Contact: You may not attempt to contact your driver or fellow passengers after the trip unless it's to arrange the return of a lost item.
Road Safety and Legal Compliance
Follow Road Laws: Adhere to all road safety laws.
Safe Driving: Do not ask your rider to speed or commit traffic violations, including stopping at unsafe or illegal locations.
Theft and Property Damage: Theft, robbery, or property damage will not be tolerated.
Legal Penalties: You may be penalized under the prevailing law for any theft, robbery, vandalism, or damage to the rider's vehicle or other property.
Prohibited Items: Illegal or prohibited items must not be requested for any kind of delivery.
Rider Influence: If you suspect that your rider is under the influence, you have the right to cancel the request immediately and alert the authorities.
Drug and Prohibited Item Transportation: Do not use Bees as a platform to transport drugs or other prohibited items.
Food Safety
Food Safety Regulations: Follow food safety regulations of restaurants when placing orders through the platform, such as Self Pick-Up orders.
Fraudulent Activities
Unsubstantiated Claims: Unsubstantiated claims and fraudulent activities are prohibited.
False Claims: Do not claim a refund or demand compensation for claims that are unsubstantiated, fraudulent, or otherwise false.
Multiple Accounts: Using multiple accounts to commit fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.
